Issues watching cams from a computer
- Make sure you have updated your operating system and browser to the latest version.
- We recommend using a standard browser like Chrome or others like Firefox, Edge or Safari, which are usually less problematic.
- You can disable download accelerators or other add-ons that may interfere. Some antivirus also block the chat or stream video, try disabling them to see if it works.
Issues watching cams from a mobile device or tablet
- Keep your operating system and browser up to date. An outdated device with versions prior to Android 4.4.2 or a version prior to Internet Explorer 10 could cause difficulties to watch the cams.
- If you have a slow internet connection, you may have problems watching the cams. In this case, it is recommended to connect via WiFi.
- Try using a standard browser, like Chrome, Firefox o Safari. Stock or intermediary browsers can be problematic.
- For iPhone, your browser must support and allow HTML5. Make sure that your firewall is not blocking port 443.
