Choosing the right withdrawal method
We offer multiple methods for you to be able to collect your tips and we are constantly looking for new and more profitable solutions to make the withdrawal process faster, easier and safer.
To choose the best method it’s important to bear in mind the following:
- Preferred waiting time between receiving tips and withdrawing them.
- Tip withdrawal fees.
- The most convenient method according to your country of residence.
- If you prefer to transfer the balance to your traditional bank account or directly to a debit card.
In the list below you will find all the payout methods that we currently offer with all the information compiled, however if you still have questions you can contact our Support Team to receive advice and answers to any and all of your questions.
We recommend you to always have more than one payout method active at the same time, for example, if the best option for you is Wire Transfer, you could also use another method such as Skrill, thus, in the event of any problem with your preferred withdrawal method, you would immediately have another option available.
Payout methods
Gives you the option to transfer funds from your Paxum account to a bank account or use a debit card issued by Paxum to withdraw your funds directly from an ATM.

Maximum amount for each payout: $5,000

- Transfer funds to your bank account: $5 (in some countries such as Colombia the amount is $8.95)
- Account maintenance fees if you don't use their debit card: $0 (if you use it once every 6 months) and $5 (if not used at least once every 6 months)

Wire Transfer USA
We make a direct deposit to your bank account (only available within the United States).
Minimum amount to request a payout: $100
Maximum amount for each payout: $3,000

Wire Transfer EU
We make a direct deposit to your bank account (only available for SEPA accounts in Europe).

Swift Bank Transfer
We make a direct deposit to your bank account (accounts outside the United States accepting international payments).
Minimum amount to request a payout: $500
Maximum amount for each payout: $3,000
Payment period: 7 days
Payment currency: USD or EUR
Fees: $30 per transfer
Depending on the bank receiving the transfer, additional fees may apply.
Information concerning payout periods
Our intention is to always meet the specified payout periods; however, in rare exceptions the time periods could be longer due to some extraordinary circumstances, such as national holidays, delays in payment service provider processes, etc.
1-day transfers: For 1-day transfer methods, payments are processed each business day for all payments requested up until transfers are initiated. Thereafter, payment requests will be processed the next business day.
7-days transfers: For 7-day transfer methods, payments are processed once a week for all payments requested up until transfers are initiated. Thereafter, payment requests will be processed the following week.
How do I update my payout information
To set up withdrawal methods you must have previously uploaded your documentation and have at least one authorized person approved on your account.
Then, you can go to the DOCUMENTS section, PAYOUT DETAILS subsection, and press the + Add payout account button.
The website will request the necessary information according to the chosen payout method.
You can always change this method using the same form and setting up additional methods to use the one that best suits your needs at any given moment.
NOTE:
To transfer funds outside of Europe select USD as the payment currency and to transfer funds within Europe select EUR. On the other hand, withdrawals are managed under the time zone of Nevada, USA.
