Payout not received

If you requested a payout and it has not yet reached your account, don't worry, all the tips obtained on the site will be credited to the account that you have set up on your profile.

Before requesting a payout, you must first meet the necessary requirements.

Keep in mind that transfers are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your request.

To review your withdrawal history, go to MANAGE ACCOUNT in your profile, menu INCOME, FUNDS WITHDRAWAL section.

You can view the status of your payout by opening Pending payouts and last payouts:

• Paid: specifies the date on which our payments department completed the payout. Your funds should arrive in your account shortly thereafter, depending on the withdrawal method you have selected.
• In process: our payments department is working on completing the payout, and it will be processed shortly.
• Pending: you have requested the payout, and it will be processed in the next few days.

If the specified payout period has been exceeded, please log in with your username and password, then write a ticket to our Support Team with detailed information and we will assist you.
