Our website Administrators are available 24/7 to address requests, inquiries, and issues. You can either call the Administrator so they will visit your room, or send a Ticket to Support.
You can locate the I NEED HELP button at the bottom right of your stream, just below the broadcast language.
Pressing it will open a window with the following two options:
Call an Admin: if you need immediate assistance from the Support Team during your show. You will see a "Wait for admin" message when you click on this option.
When the moderator answers the call, you'll hear a distinctive sound, similar to a doorbell ringing, and a Private Message-like window will open, saying "Administrator."
Additionally, when the moderator completes the attention, you will see a message in the chat "Conversation ended" and you'll receive a Satisfaction Survey so you can rate the assistance provided.
Open a ticket: if you want to explain, in detail, the technical difficulties you're having with your broadcast, and or other issues, i.e. payout issues or identification validation, you can do so by opening a ticket.
