In general we recommend not to change your username as it is the only way in which you identify yourself and are identified in our community.
If you change it, many users will not be able to find you.
We only recommend changing your username if there is a substantial reason.
In that case, we ask you to log in to the website with your username, and write a ticket to Support, providing us with three options of usernames that you like, so we can verify that they are available and then change it.
