Improve your broadcasts' quality
Download and install the external encoder OBS (you can use other apps with RTMP like Streamlabs).
Broadcast with a good internet connection, such as optical fiber. Try to use a wired connection as it's better than WiFi.
Get a good webcam, preferably high-end HD.
Avoid having other sites, tabs or applications open during your broadcast.
Use the video quality options in your cam's settings tool, make sure the FPS is green.
