If you have forgotten your password, don't worry!
- Go to LOG IN as you normally would.
- Use the link Trouble logging in?
- Enter your account email address in the space provided and click the Proceed button. Make sure you have entered your email address correctly. Be sure not to close the account recovery window so you will be able to verify it.
- We will send an email to your email address with the subject: Recover account.
- Once you have opened the email, click on the red Recover account button and you will be redirected to the website and automatically logged in. There, you will be prompted to change your password.
In the event you do not receive the password recovery email please complete the following checks:
- Check your spam or junk mail and mark the email as valid so that subsequent emails will reach your inbox without any problems.
- Check if you are automatically forwarding the emails to another account.
- Check that you do not have any filter that causes the message not to appear in your inbox.
- From your email, use the search option to type the following text: “Recover account”.
- Make sure your inbox is not full and therefore not able to receive the email.
- Verify that you have typed your email address correctly. Remember that you can modify it in your account SETTINGS.
IMPORTANT! Your email must be validated in order for you to receive this password recovery link.

NOTE:
These suggestions also apply if you have not received the email to validate your account and complete your account registration. The only difference is that when searching your email, type "Complete your registration".
Remember that it is important that you validate your account so that we can send you relevant information about it.
