How do I connect my toy using a mobile device?

To connect your LovenseLush toy using a mobile device and make it vibrate from the tips received during your broadcast follow these easy steps:

• Download the Lovense Connect app (the pink one) to your mobile device.

• Sign up on the app and stay logged in during the game.
• Open your account on the site and click BROADCAST.
  

• Start your broadcast to create a game. Grant the necessary permissions, click on the GAMES section below your broadcast, go to Bots, and select VibraLush.

• Turn your toy on, make sure your mobile’s Bluetooth is on and press Add Toy(s).

• The app will start the search.

• When the toy is found the app will show the following message: 

• From your broadcast, configure the VibraLush Bot by choosing intensity levels, associated minimum tips, and customized vibrations.

• Click Search Lovense sextoys and your toy will appear on the list of devices. Click Test and if your toy vibrates, you are ready to start the fun!

• Click Start bot and enjoy as they shower you in coins.

After following these instructions, if your game is active but your toy does not function with the game, log in to your account on the site and send a ticket to Support with detailed information and we will gladly assist you with getting your toy set up.

IMPORTANT:

Your mobile device works as a link between the app and your toy. Because of this, your mobile device and computer must be connected to the same WiFi network. Be sure your toys are fully charged.

Remember that if you have a WiFi signal repeater connected, you must verify that your mobile and computer’s connection are not the same as the one sent by this device.

NOTE: If you broadcast with your mobile device using mobile data, the app will not recognize the toy, because both the app and the toy must be connected to the same local network and this is not possible when using mobile data. In this case, we recommend that you set up your toy using the connection by sound instead of the Lovense Connect app.
